We double-festivaled this weekend with our community one and our church's first ever festival, both on Saturday!
Our community one was Saturday morning and my mom came into town Friday afternoon for Rylie's birthday party. We started off with the hay ride together!
Remy was excited to see the cow, but didn't want to get any closer to it. lol
We checked out the pumpkins and each family got to bring one home for free, so we got ours to the car before we forgot.
And obviously Rylie needed cotton candy right away too
She's pretty trained now with pumpkin pictures! lol
At least she loves the Chick Fil-A cow!
And both girls LOVE the bounce house slides!
Then we did pony rides!
Such a character!
Then it was time for Rylie to get in costume for the contest.
Me and my cute little Wilbur!
We saw our friends Raegan and Lauren there too!
Then the contest began....
Baby age winner, obviously! So cute!!!
My friend's daughter won first place in her age too, Candy Land Princess!
This was 2nd and 3rd in that same age, cute Scooby Doo guys!
Then it was Rylie's age!
She got 2nd place! (again lol)
This was the first place winner. Rylie was the youngest in that division, so I'm really proud she got 2nd place!
Second place last year and this year!
After our community festival, we went home and had lunch and let Remy nap.
Then we got ready for our church's festival that evening!
Remy (not wanting a picture taken) wanted to wear her Strawberry Shortcake dress and Rylie wore a pretty princess dress (another $5 costume find at Party City).
Cute little Strawberry Shortcake!
All Rylie wanted to do was the dunk tank with Pastor Stephen! LOL
And she dunked him!
And it splashed on Remy, who wasn't happy about that! lol
The girls did some cute little games too
And people bowling lol
I missed getting pictures of Rylie because a friend stopped to say hi :(
More bounce house fun!!
This cracked me up! How precious is this baby!!! I couldn't stop looking at her. She was so good and still like this the whole time.
Rylie and her church friend Ella
The girls doing the cake walk (Remy going the wrong direction)
Rylie laughing at her Sunday School teacher getting dunked
Then she went and dunked her too!
No hard feelings!
Remy found some crafts to do. Love how serious she took it.
She wanted a spider, so then I called her Miss Muffet
They had a good turnout for their first festival!
We took more pictures with the pumpkins since the lighting was so pretty.
Then it was time for trunk or treat!
They loved this Frozen trunk!
Remy's buddy Kate was there too!
Such a fun Saturday (and exhausting)!!!
