Rylie's elementary school had their annual carnival Saturday. We had to run errands first and she was ready to go with 2 snuggle friends and her leappad (man we get a lotta use outta that!)
We had lunch after errands at BJ's
Remy was at Mimi's house so it was just big-girl lunch.
Then we went straight to the carnival. She still loves the H-E-Buddy! They had a table with stuffed animals you can buy with tickets. Rylie and I found a little lion for Remy (since she loves The Lion King so much) and a Tin Man for herself!
We saw a lot of her little buddies and girl scouts there
They had tons of booths, silent auction baskets parents donated things towards
Rylie mostly wanted to do the bungee jumping and had a big smile the whole time
Apparently Marty McFly was walking around somewhere too
We did a few carnival games as well
And Rylie was dying to show us her skills on the playground!
That night I went to a friend's surprise 40th birthday party
Celine (in the blue) entering! So glad the surprise wasnt spoiled!
She was saying thanks (between tears) to everyone for coming
The restaurant crew came in singing
And made her wear a sombrero (please dont kill me Celine for posting this!)
A few neighbor friends with the birthday girl!
The whole crew! So glad she had a great birthday dinner. She deserves it. She's such a nice, sweet, genuine lady that I'm lucky to call a friend! Happy Birthday Celine!
